How is this different from a normal exchange?

Exchanges make you log in, deposit, wait, trade, withdraw and confirm — every single time. With Bitfloww you do the setup once. After that, buying crypto is literally making a bank payment, and selling is sending coins to your personal sell address. No screens in between.

How do you know a payment is mine?

Zelle® payments carry your enrolled identity, and instant transfers arrive with your verified bank account details — and you can only pay from bank accounts you've linked. We match the payment to your profile in under a second. If a payment ever arrives from an unknown account, we return it automatically.

How do you know which coin to send?

You choose a default coin when you set up (you can change it any time in the dashboard). Every payment buys your default coin and sends it to your whitelisted wallet for that coin.

What rate do I get?

The mid-market rate at the moment your payment arrives, locked instantly, plus our flat 1% fee. You'll see the exact rate on your receipt. No spread games.

How fast is it, really?

We match your payment and lock your rate in under a second. Delivery then depends on the coin's network: SOL, USDC and USDT arrive in about two seconds on Solana, ETH in under a minute, and BTC in about ten minutes — we wait for one Bitcoin confirmation, and that's Bitcoin's design, not our delay.

Is Bitfloww a wallet? Do you hold my crypto?

No. Bitfloww is the pipe, not the vault. Coins are delivered to your own wallet and USD to your own bank account. We never hold customer balances.

What about tax?

Every buy and sell is recorded with its rate and timestamp, and you can export your full history any time — handy for capital-gains reporting at tax time. We don't provide tax advice.

What are the payment limits?

Zelle® buys are subject to your bank's daily Zelle limit — plenty for everyday amounts. For larger buys, push an instant transfer to your personal Bitfloww account number instead: the RTP® network accepts payments up to $10 million.
